By accessing or using GILoad ("the Platform"), including our web application and mobile apps for iOS and Android, operated by GI Transport LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GILoad is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for trucking companies to manage:
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. Companies must be invited by GI Transport LLC to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including any activity from mobile devices.
Minimum age: Users of the Platform must be 18 years or older. Drivers using the mobile app must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), which requires being 21+ for interstate driving in the United States.
New companies receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Platform features, including the mobile app. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Platform. Data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration before deletion.
GILoad is a single-tier subscription, billed monthly via Stripe:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
Referral discounts: Discounts earned through referrals are applied to your monthly bill and are non-transferable.
Registered companies may refer other companies to the Platform. When a referred company activates a paid subscription, the referring company receives a discount on their monthly bill. Referral discounts are applied automatically and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Some app features may not function correctly without certain permissions.
7.4 Push Notifications
By enabling push notifications, you authorize GILoad to send messages through Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Notifications include information about new loads, status updates, problem reports, paystub approvals, and document requirements. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
7.5 App Store Compliance
The GILoad mobile apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using our apps, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of the respective app store from which you downloaded the app.
GILoad uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process Rate Confirmation PDFs and automatically extract structured data (load number, broker info, addresses, dates, miles, etc.).
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform, including driver information, load records, financial data, and uploaded documents. You grant GI Transport LLC a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.
Each company's data is strictly isolated. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and role-based access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
GILoad sends transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, invitations, system notifications, and pay stubs/1099 forms to drivers) through the following channels:
12.1 Default email service (AWS SES)
By default, GILoad uses Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to deliver all emails on your behalf. Emails are sent from:

12.2 Optional Gmail integration
You may optionally connect your company's Gmail account so that paystubs and 1099 emails to your drivers appear to come from your own company email (instead of payroll@giload.app).
If you choose to connect Gmail:
payroll@giload.app)GI Transport LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or mobile apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or errors in AI-extracted data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Platform and mobile apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-extracted data is provided as a productivity tool only and should be verified before use.
15.1 By you (self-service account deletion)
You may request deletion of your account at any time, free of charge, directly from the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us via the channel in Section 18. Upon a deletion request:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination by us:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email and in-app notification with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Platform or mobile apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
